Adam Lambert fans coming to Indio for his first solo concert will have a chance to meet up and chat about the singer before the show, it was announced Thursday.

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is holding the first ever "Glamily Reunion" for Adam Lambert fans, from 5-7pm before the 8pm show, according to casino spokeswoman Ciara Green.

As of Thursday, 2,250 of 3,500 available tickets to the concert had already been sold, and the hotel had sold out of rooms the night of the February 27th concert.

"(The Glamily Renioun) is a chance for Adam Lambert fans to meet, share stories, and make new friends before heading to see their favorite American Idol, Adam Lambert," Green said.

Green told KPSP that the casino planned the event in response to several phone calls they received from people asking for a get-together for fans-- many who have only spoken in the online and social media world and are looking forward to meeting in person.

Lambert is not scheduled to be at the event, but Green said the casino hopes he may be able to make an appearance if his schedule permits.

It will cost $30 to attend the "Glamily Reunion"-- which has been named so for what many of the singer's fans have dubbed themselves-- "glamberts". Only 400 tickets will be sold.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 8th, and can be bought through the casino's website found here.
