A man is in the hospital Thursday morning after he was shot at by a driver of another vehicle in Cathedral City.
The driver was found on Tortuga Road Wednesday night.
The driver and the passenger were traveling northbound on Date Palm Dr., when two people from a white SUV apparently go upset over something, then shot at the car, according to Cathedral City police.
The victim took off, but actually crashed a short time later.
