Stella Inger: KPSP Local 2 News Anchor/Mobile Journalist
Wake up with Stella Inger on KPSP 2 This Morning, weekdays from 5-7am.
Stella made the Coachella Valley her home 4 years ago when she started as a general assignment reporter. She's been Emmy-nominated for her work as a reporter and was voted "Best Television Personality" by desert readers for two consecutive years.
People may be interested to know that Stella was born in Russia and came to Southern California when she was 7 years old. She is fluent in Russian. Stella is a USC graduate who got her degree in Broadcast Journalism. Her first on-air position in Butte, Montana had her interviewing legendary stuntman Evel Knievel.
Thrilled to be back in the Southland, Stella loves being just a freeway ride away from her parents and sister. Although serious on the anchor desk she has a funny side her family and friends appreciate.
When Stella is not covering news, she's busy giving back to the community, participating in many community oriented events. She's also on the board of Christopher's Clubhouse, a non-profit organization, that's dedicated to preventing crimes against children and ensures child predators are punished accordingly. Even when Stella's not working, you can follow her throughout the day on Twitter. She's a huge fan!
