Two people were injured Tuesday-- one seriously-- in a Palm Desert car crash, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.
Firefighters responded to the area of Hovley Lane and Portola Avenue at 8:11 a.m. to find the two car collision, said Jody Hagemann of the Riverside County Fire Department.
"The incident resulted in the transport of two patients; one with minor to moderate injuries, the other with moderate to major injuries," Hagemann said.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
