Riverside County Sheriff's officials say a third person, involved in a recent shooting in Cathedral City, has died.

Officials say 44-year-old Setrak Balabanian, of Glendale, died at Desert Regional Medical Center Monday, November 16th at 8:21 a.m., after being in the hospital since last month. Balabanian is the third and final person to succumb to injuries after the fatal shooting.

Police say Balabanian was shot by one of his business partners at Luxury Rent-a-Car.

Officials say the guman killed another business partner, before turning the gun on himself.

Police say it's unlikely any charges will be filed since the gunman is dead.
